Prescott Valley (PV) is at a crossroads. While citizens support managed growth, a Political Action Committee (PAC) has formed to stop Lakeshore650—a homegrown project addressing the town’s challenges.

The alternative? Unregulated sprawl with no water management or wildlife protection. This type of growth doesn’t generate tax revenue and threatens the environment. Lakeshore650 offers sustainable community building that benefits all.
